We currently ship to all areas within Egypt. If you are outside these areas, please contact us to check if we can arrange special shipping.

3. Delivery time

  • Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express shipping: 1 to 3 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team via email at support@semcem.com within 24 hours of receipt, mentioning the order number and a picture of the damaged product.
Regarding lost parcels, we are working with our shipping partners to resolve the issue, knowing that this may take some time.

7. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. The customer is responsible for customs duties and fees, which vary from country to country.
